I still stand by my statements: i believe the bike is too small for good long distance freeway cruising - i dont remember where i read the review advising that, but after purchasing a Savage, i fully agreed with the author - a 650 is too small for long freeway travel where the average car is doing 75 and you can't even GET there.
Also, i have often felt cramped on my bike at 5'11" tall and that comes from MY experience of riding the bike AND the concurance of a fellow who fixes my bike as well and he is same height.
